Classy hotel.

Excellent place for 1 night. Tidy units and welcoming staff on shift. Variety of options for hearty breakfast. Unbeatable location relatively close to Llanrwst War Memorial. Positioned in the lovely area.

Very central location outside in the town square. Fab and brilliant meals.

Not so cozy stay

The location's fine, right by the river. Room was spacious and had decent cleanliness, but it was freezing-had to find extra layers after a soggy hike. Breakfast was ok, though it could've used more healthy options. It just was like the heating should've kicked in way earlier. Could've been better for the price we paid.

A prime location just a few steps from fine Gwydir Castle and the charming Pickwick's Tea Room for a cozy bite to eat.

This place suits me perfectly. They offer free wi-fi, parking, and a great restaurant. I'm coming back for the new year!

The eggs Benedict? Absolute perfection! And let's not forget the homegrown local brews to sip on after a day out and about. Plus, breakfast got a solid thumbs up for its ample selection.

The shower in my room? A bit of a letdown-pressure barely dribbled out, and the water warmed up as much as a chilly lake! Oh, and décor-wise, a sprucing up is overdue. Chipped paint and tired carpets could do with a touch of love.

We explored the Conwy Valley Maze and enjoyed some water adventures like sailing. The hotel offered spacious rooms, and the breakfast was solid. Staff were friendly.

The bathroom sink was slow to drain, a bit annoying .

A Nice Family Celebration Spot!

Our family gathered here to celebrate my mother-in-law's 90th birthday, and it was special! The staff were great, serving a good meal in a charming wood-panelled room. Enjoyed the four-poster beds and a lovely breakfast, highly recommend pre-ordering it!

Good stay for solo travelers

I spent a night here and it was pretty decent. The staff were super friendly, and my room was clean and comfy. Loved that the Wi-Fi was strong! Only downside was some noise from the bar in the evening, but it didn't ruin my stay. Make sure to check out the restaurant-the food was solid.
